Chapter 1 General Rule
 
Article 1: Purpose
 
1. Chapter 2 Subscription and Service Use

Article 3: Use and Restriction of Service

2. Some of the services provided by the company can be subscribed to and received only through the ID and password recognized by the company.
 
Article 4: The benefit of the member
 
1. Membership is free for the company.

Chapter 3 Restricting the Terms of Contract Revocation and Service Usage
 
Article 1: Restriction of Agreement and Use
 
1. Members can submit complaints about member information processing through bulletin boards such as free bulletin boards of each service.
 
2. When a member wants to terminate the service use contract, the member must apply for termination directly from the Personal Information Management page of the member information revision menu.
 
3. If you request to cancel your subscription, your ID will be completely deleted from the Member DB and you must sign up as a new ID when re-entering.
 
4. The company may terminate the use contract without prior notice or suspend service use by setting a period if the member has committed the following actions:
1) Contrary to the public order and the breeze
2) A case involving criminal activity
3) Plan or execute service use for the purpose of hindering national interest or social public interest
4) You have stolen the ID and password of another person
5) Damage or disadvantage of others' honor
6) If a user like this double-registers with another ID
7) Inhibiting healthy use, such as harming the service
8) In case of violation of other relevant laws or conditions of use set by the company
 
The procedure for restricting the use of Article 2
 
1. If the company intends to restrict its use, it shall notify the user or agent by e-mail or telephone, etc., by setting the reason, date and period. However, this may not be the case if the company acknowledges that it is urgently needed to stop using it.
 
 
Chapter 4 Duty
 
Article 1: The Company's Duty
 
1. The company makes it possible for members to use the service they have applied for unless there are special circumstances.
 
2. The company has an obligation to provide continuous and stable services as stipulated in this agreement, and the company must make efforts to do so, and if the service is interrupted for unavoidable reasons, it will be repaired without delay. However, if natural disasters, emergencies, or other unavoidable circumstances occur, the service may be temporarily suspended or suspended.
 
3. The company must deal with the complaints or complaints raised by the members immediately if they are recognized as legitimate.
 
4. The company does not leak or distribute the personal information of the member that it learned through the service provision to the third party without consent. However, if the state agency requires it under the provisions of the law such as the Basic Law on Telecommunications, if there is an investigation purpose for the crime, a request for the information and communication ethics committee, or a request for the procedure prescribed by other relevant laws and regulations.
 
5. To make it easier for companies to use their affiliated sites and company sites, the company can share their information with affiliated sites, and for sharing, the company can send cookies to their computer.
Within the scope of paragraph 6. (5), the company can use the entire or part of its members as statistical data related to its work.
 
Article 2: Duty of members
 
1. The member is responsible for all management of IDs and passwords.
2. Members cannot transfer or donate their ID to others.
3. If your ID is used illegally, you must notify the company using email or other methods.
4. Members must comply with the provisions and relevant laws and regulations.
 
 
Chapter 5 Post
 
Article 1: A post of a member
 
1. The company deletes a member's post without prior notice if it falls under each of the following terms:
1) Acts that undermine, abuse, theft, threaten, harass, or otherwise violate legal rights such as privacy and publicity of others.
2) Inappropriate, blasphemous, defamed, infringed, obscene, erratic or illegal titles, names, materials or information to be published, mailed, published, distributed or distributed.
3) Uploading files containing software or other materials protected by the Intellectual Property Act. However, exclude the case where the user owns or manages the rights to it, or if he / she has obtained all the necessary consent.
4) Uploading data that may damage others' computers, including viruses, contaminated files, or other similar software or programs.
5) Advertising or selling goods or services for commercial purposes.
6) Data research, contests, pyramids, or sending letters of good luck.
7) Downloading files that users know or expect to know reasonably that they can not be legally distributed as posted by other users.
8) Forgery or elimination of the author's display, legal or other appropriate notes, trademark names, or the origin or origin mark of the software or other data contained in the uploaded file.
9) Acts that restrict or prohibit other users from using or enjoying services.

Article 2: Copyright
 
The rights and responsibilities for a general post are in the members who have registered the post.
 
Company Responsibility for Article 3 Posts
 
1. The company does not have the obligation to censor posts. However, the company has the right to disclose information to meet the laws, regulations, legal procedures, or government requests that apply, or to edit or disable all or part of the information or data at the full discretion of the company, or to remove it.
 
2. Members acknowledge that all bulletin board services are not private communications by public communication, and that as a result, the user's communication can be read by others so that you do not know. 3. The company has the authority to shut down members accessing part or all of the bulletin boards at any time, for any reason, without any notice.
 
4. The company clearly denies responsibility for posts and any incidents that occur when users participate in the bulletin board service.
 
 
Chapter 6 Provide Information and Advertising
 
1. Member information will be kept secure and may be shared in accordance with provisions in Article 4 of Article 5 of this Agreement.
 
2. The company can forward the necessary information to the member by e-mail or postal mail, etc. If the member does not want it, he / she can refuse to receive information from the subscription application menu and the member information correction menu.
 
3. The company can provide the ads requested by the advertiser to the members via e-mail according to the company's judgment.
 
 
Chapter 7 General Issues
 
1. This agreement is subject to the law related to the Republic of Korea. Service users agree that there is exclusive jurisdiction in the court of the company in case of any dispute that arises from the use of this site or related. Therefore, the use of this site is not permitted within the jurisdictions that do not recognize the effect of this Agreement.
 
2. As a result of using the company site, the user agrees that there is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship between the user and the company. The company shall be subject to existing laws and legal procedures in performing this Agreement. No provisions under this Agreement shall undermine the rights of the company to comply with the requests or requirements of the Government, Courts, and Legal Enforcement Authority regarding the use of information collected or provided by the company in relation to this service or its use.
 
3. If some provisions of this Agreement, including the denial of liability, are deemed invalid or unacceptable under the Applied Act, the invalid or unacceptable provisions will be replaced by a valid or executable provision that best meets the original purpose of the provision, and the rest of the contract will remain valid.
 
(Adjuncts)
This agreement will be applied from November 1, 2018, and the terms previously enforced will be replaced by this one. Subscribers prior to the date of application of this agreement are also subject to this agreement.
 
(Admission Day) This agreement will take effect on November 1, 2018.
