Rules for Soundcheck prior to Artist's Performance

Rules for Soundcheck prior to Artist's Performance

 

Soundcheck will be provided, minimum of 1 hour, for full band and crew on performance site at a time mutually agreed upon by Promoter and Artist's representative. Soundcheck must terminate at least 1 hour prior to performance. The public is not to be admitted to the place of engagement until Artist has completed soundcheck. The hall is to be completely empty for Artist's soundcheck, excepting only promoter's production staff. No ushers, concession workers, etc. No guests will be permitted in technical areas (i.e. mix positions, back stage, on stage, etc.). All guests will be confined to the Green/Hospitality rooms and/or dressing rooms and only at Artist's discretion. Record company and special guests should receive first rate courtesy as long as it does not infringe on the privacy of the Artist. No one is to be permitted on stage during Artist's performance, and no one allowed in stage area and backstage area without permission from Artist's representative or production manager.
