Personal Manager Evaluation

- Is s/he, reputedly, honest and willing to work hard for you?

- Will you accept his/her direction and guidance?

- Do you jointly share the same ultimate goals for the act?

- Is s/he experienced and established in your music field?

- Does s/he have industry contacts?

- Does s/he have time to devote to your development?

- Do you believe this manager will be attentive to your needs, return your phone calls and encourage you - even counsel you - curing lean times, despite involvement with other acts/artist paying higher commissions to him/her?

- Can s/he anticipate your developmental needs, then motivate, shape, focus and energize you toward greatness?

- Do you want to collaborate with this person - for years?

- Can s/he: Get tough, on your behalf, without becoming obnoxious; be effective and efficient; represent you with dignity and class, and increase the prestige of your working name and reputation, or that of your hands?
