Employment Tax Returns (If you have employees):

 

Form 941, Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return

 

Quarter Ends Due Date
January, February, March Mar. 31 Apr. 30
April, May, June June 30 July 31
July, August, September Sept. 30 Oct. 31
October, November, December Dec. 31 Jan. 31

 

Form 941 reports Social Security, Medicare and withholding taxes for your employees during the quarter covered.

 

Payments/Deposits

(Income tax withheld and both employee and employer parts of Social Security and Medicare taxes (minus advance EIC (Earned Income Credit) payments).)

 

Can pay with Form 941 if your tax liability for the quarter is less than $2500.

 

Otherwise:

 

Pay using EFTPS (Electronic Federal Tax Payment System).
